Welcome to Payment Link – our new online payment experience.
Throughout the past year, we gathered merchant feedback regarding our existing shopping cart and its functionality. As a result, our technology team created a new customer-facing payment page!
Payment Link is our new cardholder-facing payment page that can be accessed through an embedded link placed on a merchant’s website, or emailed directly to the cardholder through our Virtual Terminal.
What to expect
We want your transition to Payment Link to be seamless. Once activated, you’ll notice things look a little different from our current Shopping Cart. Don’t worry – everything is still there.
The first group of merchants will migrate to the new Payment Link the week of September 30th, with the remaining merchants migrating the week of October 7th.
KEY CHANGES TO NOTE
- The “convenience fee” will now default to “fee”
- “Fees” will be charged on all recurring payments
- Recurring payments will have a “future date” option. This means you can start your payments when you choose.
- Product cart will no longer be available (once everyone has migrated to their third-party vendor)
