We’re upgrading to a new Java Web Start receipt printing solution.
This only applies to receipt printing hardware (computer printers, used to print receipts not affected).
Our upgrade is scheduled December 21, 2016 at 2PM PDT.
Verify you are using the latest version of java.
Users accessing receipt printing via the current Java Applet will be automatically upgraded to a new Java Web Start receipt printing solution.
After December 21st at 2:00PM, ALL users who log-in and access receipt printing will see a series of pop-up boxes for a one-time printer setup. Please follow these instructions. We’ve provided screen shots below.
If your printer stops working, please exit receipt printing, then log back in and follow the pop-up instructions.
