Dear Merchants and Partners,

We hope you and your teams are well. The rapid pace of the COVID-19 pandemic is creating uncertainty in all of our personal and professional lives. I want you to know that you are important to PayTrace.

We’re committed to providing you the highest quality payment processing technology and 5-star support, even during this crisis.

We’re actively seeking guidance from the World Health Organization (WHO), the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), and the Washington State Department of Health. PayTrace is engaging its business continuity plan and adapting it as new information emerges. We’re requiring PayTracers to work remotely and suspending travel. We’re taking these steps to slow the spread of COVID-19, protect our high-risk community members, and ease the burden on healthcare resources.

PayTrace has built a robust remote-first culture which gives us resilience in this era of social distancing. We’re passionate about your happiness and success. We welcome feedback about how we may better serve you. We are, and will continue to be, here for you.
